Skills shows the skills the open project gives its agents, read from .claude/skills and .agents/skills. It is read-only: change a skill in its files.

The list on the left names each skill with its summary; the reader on the right shows its SKILL.md, rendered, and the folders it comes from. A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file. To add skills to your RigOne library instead, use Used when they fit in Knowledge.
